Learn the art of seduction in balmy Tenerife
A university on the Spanish island of Tenerife will stage a workshop on how to seduce potential sexual partners, organisers said on Tuesday. The workshop - entitled "The pleasure of seduction" - will form part of a master's degree programme in sexual education and therapy at La Laguna University.

The demand of foreign residents has risen much more sharply, including a rise of 147 percent in just four years. In 2003 foreign investment in Spanish real estate totalled 7,179 euros compared to 2,908 million euros in 1999.

Treaty of Toledo
On March 6th, 1480 Ferdinand and Isabella signed The Treaty of Toledo; under its terms, Spain recognised Portugal's conquest of Morocco and Portugal ceded claims to the Canary Islands.
