Queen Elizabeth 2 to visit Tenerife in 2008
Twice, in fact, according to this press release. In 2008, they announce, the iconic ocean liners Queen Mary 2 and Queen Elizabeth 2 continue to uphold the grand traditions that define Cunard Line. The ships' spellbinding 2008 itineraries, call on some of the world's most exciting cities and picturesque ports.
The last of the great transatlantic ocean liners and former flagship of the line - until she was succeeded by the Queen Mary 2 in 2004 - will call into Tenerife during the 10-day "Atlantic Isles Idyll" voyage in June 2008 and again during a 12-day voyage, "Canary Islands Splendour" that starts on September 30th, 2008.
