Gas Station Strike in the Canary Islands
If you are looking to get very far in your own or your hire car in the Canary Islands today and tomorrow, you'd better make sure you already have enough petrol in the tank, because unions have called a two day strike throughout the whole of Spain, which also affects gas stations in the Canary Islands. Some stations of the Spanish oil company Cepsa and Ecogas will be providing a minimal service.
