Identifying Planes in Google Earth
Plane spotting in Tenerife is a pretty popular subject and down at Tenerife's Reina Sofia, south airport (TFS), you will find some serious spotters training their lenses on the air traffic.
Fortunately, you don't need to hang around at the end of a windy runway to see their resulting photos, because most of them are posted to the Airliners.net website. There, you will find everything from holiday flights to secret CIA flights.
Also, if you fly into Tenerife south airport by Google Earth, you will find that you can spot a plane on the ground, just turning off to taxi after (I think) landing on runway 08. What it is, I have no idea. Maybe these folks have identified it?
