Phantom flight fury

Trading standards officers are investigating a tour firm that sold non-existent flights. Bosses at the company have also been ordered to appear before ABTA's Code Of Conduct committee following at least 30 customer complaints.

One flight they sold to Tenerife, was supposedly aboard Monarch flight number 3106 departing from Manchester on Saturday. In fact, Monarch charter flight 3106 departs every Friday.
