Anger as 1,000 miss flights to sun
Manchester Evening News reports that nearly 1,000 holidaymakers, bound for Florida, were stranded at Manchester Airport amid reports that one of their planes had been used to fly passengers to Tenerife instead because of a problem with the plane on that route.
