Capitalising On Culture ...
Nice story from Simon Heptinstall in the independent.co.uk We're going for a song (and a spot of sunshine), talks about Santa Cruz' bizzarre new opera house and the effect of it's presence on the city's image. Heptinstall captures the essence of the, largely ignored and, already very fine, lively, Spanish city to perfection.
